Absolutely unhelpful. I don’t know how anyone can get a rental car with their hours. Open til 5 and closed on Saturday? Well when you are only open the same hours everyone works, it makes it hard to get a rental car when you have been in an accident. Terrible service.

The car was good, the maintenance required light came on during my trip, also there was no satellite radio in the vehicle. You would think with what you spend to rent the car and all their fees they could have the radio included in the rental.
