Nice place to visit
before the female manager took over I loved this place, but once she took over it went down hill fast she was very hateful and rude on the phone.
I used Tower to finance a washer and dryer becuase I needed one and didn't really have enough in savings to tap for it. I was initially somewhat worried that it may be a fly by night operation or shady like a title loan company. To my surprise, it is neither of those things. the staff are very nice, they know my face even though I only come in once a month to pay my bill, and they are always curteous. My paperwork was sent to the wrong location, but they have no problem having me pay my bill at my local branch. Tower Loan reminds me of a bank, but without all the judging of people who don't have the best credit.
the only things I think that could be done to improve their business would be to be open at least a little while on Saturdays, and to be able to pay bills online. I would recommend anyone go through Tower Loan to finance small purchases.
