Just had flowers sent to from Kays Floral in Monett, which is usually is nice until I read the card and it said Karen instead of Kristan which he put on the online order. This is not the first time that I've had issues with them, very disappointed and would not recommend them. Will be using Lillys in price cutters from now on.
