The strawberry chicken salad that is sold only in the summer, is awesome. I've been here a few times and staff are most always friendly. I would usually give them a 4-star rating (no one is perfect, ALWAYS room for improvement. Therefore I never give out a 5-star). However, the 2 star rating is because we encountered a "small, uninvited visitor" on the wall in our booth at the last visit. This particular Braum's is usually fairly clean, but that day I was totally grossed out by what looked like a baby cockroach on our booth wall. I'm just glad it didn't show itself until I was almost done eating. I notified corporate because I left so fast after seeing that.
Spouse and I ate here once, we didn’t want to eat at the arches or south of the border. Food took a few minutes but it was hot when we got it, everything was delicious, and shakes were the best I’ve had in a long time. Husband loves the fries (VERY picky about fries) and he said his burger was great. My chicken burger was close to perfect (didn’t know they put on pickles, I’ll have to remember for next time). Will be eating here again!
