I can't say enough about "Animal Clinic of Monett and the Vets who give not only extra time after hours but their hearts . They aren't just Vets they are amazing people who care not only about your pets but also clients . Customer service and satisfaction is what they strive for and it's so much appreciated. I hate having to call after hours for an emergency because I know they work long hours anyway but they always reassure me that " it's part of their job and to not hesitate to call after hours ". Also they always call back quickly and don't make you feel stupid when you have a question . I appreciate them so much. , no way to put it into words .

Sometimes difficult to have an animal seen. Doc Harper once refused to see one of my male alpacas, Doc Wallace, a small animal vet, agreed to see him and after 30 mins he got the bleeding to stop. Alpaca vets dont stay.

Everyone I talked too in that building was extremely friendly and helpful. I had Dr.Harper and he answered all my questions. I feel like this was one of my most successful trip to a vet.
