2.first week i got the laptop it has a dead pixel on the screen
3. they sent it in for repairs back to lenovo and told me it was a smooth process as they impersonated me!!! really?? also i took in a laptop with a broken lcd screen and they were going to charge me 300$....thats bs

Great to deal with. They took care of me! Needed a new laptop and got it at a great price! Don't know what the other guys issue was, but this is a great place. They were helpful and courteous and I will go back again!
